• Current O/A Level students, HSC students, or fresh graduates

• Energetic, creative, and eager to learn

• Comfortable on camera or willing to try

• Good communication skills in Bangla and/or English

• Has a network of students, tutors, or community connections — a big plus

• Basic familiarity with social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) is preferred

Penston Academy is looking for enthusiastic and driven interns to join our growing team. This is a flexible, hands-on role where you will contribute across content creation, business development, and operations — depending on your interests and strengths.

We are especially interested in current or recent O/A Level students who understand the student experience firsthand and can authentically connect with our target audience. High performers will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.

Content Creation

• Create short-form video content for social media targeting O/A Level and Foundation Programme students

• Appear on camera or work behind the scenes — study tips, campus life, subject breakdowns, student testimonials

• Assist with social media management and scheduling

Business Development

• Support the BD team in identifying and reaching out to referral partners (coaching centers, tutors, study abroad consultants)

• Help build and maintain the referral network, especially within your own peer and community circles

• Represent Penston Academy at events and in the field
