Conduct market research and customer surveys to identify consumer needs, preferences and buying behavior.
Gather, analyze and interpret market data to evaluate industry trends and business opportunities.
Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including pricing strategies, products and market positioning.
Prepare accurate and insightful reports, dashboards and presentations for management to support strategic decision-making.
Maintain and update research databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide market intelligence and recommendations.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
