Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Social Media Marketing Intern. We're looking for someone who knows every major social platform inside and out and is highly skilled at using AI tools to create content and work efficiently. The intern will manage day-to-day social media activities, including making and scheduling engaging posts across platforms, monitoring analytics, and driving brand awareness. Responsibilities include creating content, producing daily reporting, assisting with social media campaigns, staying on top of trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to support strategic initiatives. The position emphasizes creativity, proactivity, and strong AI fluency to help grow Kisti's online presence.
As an early-stage startup, we're new to the market and need someone who can build out the whole social media framework and the necessary SOPs from the ground up. If it's built properly, there's a great future ahead, and the right person will have the opportunity to grow alongside the company and shape how we show up online.
Qualifications
Deep, hands-on knowledge of all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and how each one works
Strong proficiency with AI tools for content creation, copywriting, and workflow efficiency
Ability to build a social media framework and SOPs from the ground up
Ability to create engaging posts and visual content independently
Comfortable with daily reporting and tracking analytics to measure performance
Solid understanding of digital marketing and general marketing strategies
Strong communication skills to connect with diverse audiences and convey brand messages effectively
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and current trends
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines
Passion for creative storytelling and engagement through digital platforms
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
