The Manager – Sales & Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue of the paper products. The role involves managing key customer relationships, exploring new market opportunities, supervising the sales team, and coordinating with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Sales Management
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including distributors, and corporate buyers.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.
Marketing & Business Development
Conduct market research to identify demand trends and competitor activities in the paper industry.
Develop marketing plans and promotional activities to strengthen brand positioning.
Explore new product opportunities and market segments.
Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular communication and after-sales support.
Address client complaints and coordinate with production and quality teams for resolution.

Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
