• Age 18 to 45 years

• Provide clients with accurate information and necessary support regarding visa processing, air ticketing, and travel services.

• Collect, verify, and manage documentation for candidates applying for overseas jobs.

• Maintain regular communication and coordination with foreign employers and partner companies.

• Publish new job circulars, manage candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and maintain database.

• Schedule candidate interviews and provide guidance for interview preparation.

• Complete all necessary documentation and processing steps, including visa applications, medical tests, and police clearance.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and candidates, providing timely updates.

• Properly maintain and update office database, applications, and other critical files.

• Promote travel and job-related updates on the company’s social media and online platforms.

• Provide clients with accurate advice regarding overseas employment and ensure a legal and smooth process.
