• At least 4 years

• Masters in Accounting/Finance/Economics from reputed universities.

• Partly qualified CA/CFA/ACCA will be preferred.

• No third division/class or equivalent CGPA is allowed at any stage of the academic career.

• Preferably completed Banking Diploma courses (JAIBB & AIBB).

• At least 4 years

• Age At least 21 years

• High Degree Diplomacy and sensitivity in dealing with internal and external clients, staff and managers at all levels.

• Good communication & interpersonal skill & strong analytical ability.

• Proficient in Python, MS Office package specially in MS Excel.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our investment banking team. The candidate will play a critical leadership role in corporate finance activities, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services. This position demands strong leadership skills, Time & Target Management skills, a deep understanding of market trends and analytical skills. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable to lead individual projects to deliver in targeted time-frame.

• Conduct financial analysis and valuation using methods such as DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis.

• Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, and other client-facing materials to support deal origination and execution.

• Execution of transactions, including M&A, IPOs, debt and equity financing, and restructuring projects.

• Perform in-depth industry and company research to support strategic advisory initiatives.

• Conduct due diligence processes in collaboration with legal, financial, and operational teams.

• Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and strategic alternatives.

• Interact with clients, investors, and other stakeholders under the guidance of senior bankers.

• Monitor market developments, trends, and news to provide relevant insights to the team and clients.

• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all communications and deliverables.
