Developing quarterly Sales Plans and Budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and presenting them to management for approval before execution.
Create new scope for sustainable business opportunities that increase revenue, market share, and long-term company growth.
Conducting in-depth market research, networking, sales strategy, and negotiation to ensure long-term revenue and market presence.
Conduct competitor analysis to spot gaps and emerging trends.
Explore new markets, industries, and partnerships aligned with company goals.
Use data-driven insights to evaluate expansion opportunities.
Develop pipelines of potential clients through networking, referrals, and digital tools.
