Responsibilities & Context:

• Perform 24x7 roster duty and physical monitoring of Data Center passive equipment.

• Provide first-level support (alarm reset and basic troubleshooting) for UPS, AVR, PAC, VRF, AFSS, DG, VESDA, ATS, STS, LAN, etc.

• Respond immediately to equipment alarms and escalate as per standard procedures.

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot UPS systems, racks, LAN/FC cables, and devices. across Dhaka and outside locations.

• Perform structured LAN/FC/Power cabling with proper labeling.

• Support hardware mount/unmount and structured cabling inside Data Centers.

• Conduct daily monitoring checks and submit reports.

• Ensure Data Center cleanliness and compliance with Health & Safety standards.

• Escort vendors inside IT-sensitive zones and verify access registers.

• Support preventive maintenance and health checks across Data Centers and offices.

• Maintain hardware inventory and support asset delivery.
