We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive new business growth for CifarX, with a strong focus on expanding our client base in Central Asia. You will build and manage a strong outbound sales pipeline and convert qualified prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients
- Execute structured outbound sales campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and direct outreach
- Generate and qualify leads consistently
- Conduct initial discovery meetings and present CifarX services
- Coordinate with the internal technical team for proposals and scope discussions
- Maintain CRM with accurate tracking of leads and conversations
- Submit weekly performance and pipeline reports
- Work closely with leadership to refine positioning and sales strategy
- Meet agreed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT services/product sales
- Demonstrated ability to close B2B service deals
- Strong understanding of custom software development lifecycle
- Experience in outbound lead generation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to international markets
- Experience working with offshore development companies
- Exposure to Central Asia market is a plus
- Educational Requirements: B.Sc. in CSE or BBA or MBA (optional)
- Basic understanding of Russian language (advantage, but not mandatory)
