Responsibilities & Context:

🎯 Qualifications

• Certification in UI/UX / HCI / Design will be preferred

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX, Graphics, or Frontend Design

• Proficiency in Figma is required

• Must have working knowledge of Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Basic video editing skills will be considered a plus

🛠️ Skills Required

• Ability to design clean, simple, and responsive UI for web and mobile applications

• Ability to create Wireframes, Prototypes, and Mockups using Figma / Adobe XD

• Strong understanding of maintaining design consistency according to brand guidelines

• For product design:

o UI screens

o Components

o Update and maintain the Design System

• For digital marketing:

o Social media post design

o Photocards, banners, and content visuals

o Promotional graphics design

👨‍💻 Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to turn ideas into features

• Ensure websites and applications:

o Load fast

o Work properly across all devices

o Look consistent and professional across all major browsers

• Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and continuously improve designs

• Maintain a consistent style and brand identity across all projects

• For digital marketing and social media:

o Design photocards, banners, and content visuals

o Create creative assets according to campaign requirements

• Stay updated with new design trends, tools, and technologies and apply them in daily work
