Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MSC, Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in IT Product Management or similar leadership roles.

• Total 5+ years of experience in the IT industry.

• Strong experience managing Web and Mobile application products.

• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern product lifecycle frameworks.

• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.

• Strong documentation and requirement-writing skills.

• Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving ability.

• Strong stakeholder communication and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

• Technical background in software development or system architecture.

• PMP, CSM, PO certification will be a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS platforms, AI-driven products, or large-scale reusable systems.

• Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO) and mobile growth strategies.

• Experience working with international/global markets.

Job Context

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and execution-focused IT Product Manager to lead product identification, productization, and lifecycle management across web, mobile, AI, and SaaS platforms.

This role will work closely with the CPIO Office, Engineering, Sales, and Branding teams to:

• Identify high-potential products from delivered projects.

• Convert service-based solutions into scalable IP products.

• Manage roadmap, validation, launch, and optimization.

• Ensure strong documentation, governance, and reusability.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership capability, structured documentation skills, and experience managing digital products in competitive and fast-paced markets.

Job Responsibilities

1) Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define product vision aligned with Betopia’s IP and commercialization goals.

• Identify scalable products from existing project portfolios.

• Create short-term and long-term product roadmaps.

• Prioritize based on market demand, ROI, scalability, and technical feasibility.

2) Productization & Documentation

• Convert project deliverables into structured product documentation.

• Prepare PRD, BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

• Standardize feature sets for SaaS, licensed, or white-label models.

• Coordinate with branding for naming, positioning, and packaging.

3) Agile Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles.

• Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, AI, and Sales teams.

• Ensure clean architecture, code quality, and reusability standards.

• Reduce duplication and technical debt across products.

4) Market & Growth Enablement

• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.

• Drive data-driven decisions using KPIs and analytics tools.

• Support go-to-market strategy, pricing, packaging, and monetization.

• Assist in preparing sales-ready assets (demo, pitch decks, landing pages).

5) AI & Innovation Support

• Support AI-driven product initiatives.

• Work with internal teams to enable knowledge-based automation systems.

• Ensure scalability and future commercialization readiness.
