• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

• Good understanding of layout, typography, color balance, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience in creating social media ads, reels, promotional videos, and motion content.

• Ability to convert concepts into visually compelling creatives.

• Knowledge of current Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and digital advertising creative trends.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.Good communication and time management skills.

• Willingness to work during EST time zone (Bd time, 6 PM - 3 AM) office hours.

• Design high-quality static creatives for social media, website banners, digital advertisements, product promotions, and branding materials.

• Create engaging motion graphics, animated reels, video intros/outros, GIFs, and promotional visual content.

• Develop creative concepts and campaign visuals aligned with marketing goals and brand identity.

• Edit and enhance short promotional videos with motion elements, transitions, text animation, and visual effects.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and content team to produce eye-catching digital campaigns.

• Ensure all creative outputs are modern, professional, and aligned with current design trends.

• Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, visual style, and brand communication.

• Deliver projects within deadlines while managing multiple creative tasks.

• Stay updated with the latest social media creative trends, animation styles, and digital design tools.
