• Hands-on experience with server management, database operations, and system backup processes

• Proven ability to handle software support, troubleshoot issues, and assist multiple departments efficiently

• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, CCTV, and basic networking

• Ability to prepare and deliver reports based on departmental requirements

• Strong GitHub profile with real project experience (highly preferred)

Laravel Developer & ERP Support Officer

We are looking for a highly dependable and skilled IT professional to join our IT Department as a key support person in software development and system operations. This role requires ownership, responsibility, and the ability to work closely with leadership as a long-term team member.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance existing Hospital Management System (HMS)

• Develop new modules and features

• Improve frontend quality and overall system performance

• Monitor servers, manage backups, and ensure system stability

• Provide continuous software and IT support across all departments

• Generate and supply required reports for departments and management
