Knowledge in CMS(WordPress, Shopify or any) or Architecture Background .

Shifting Duty:
Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Evening: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Night: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Responsibilities & Context:
Claystone, a concern of Betopia Group, is looking for a Sales Executive to manage international client communications.
You’ll be the bridge between clients and internal teams, maintaining clear communication and building long-term trust.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally with foreign clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain strong relationships to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Handle inquiries, provide timely solutions, and escalate when necessary.
Prepare reports on client interactions and identify business opportunities.
