Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Executive – Client Relations to manage communication with foreign clients, buyers, or partners. The role requires excellent English communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate regularly with foreign/Local clients

  • Handle international correspondence and ensure timely responses

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communication summaries as required

  • Maintain records of foreign communications and client interactions

  • Assist in business development and follow-up activities with overseas contacts

  • Support management in international coordination and documentation

  • Ensure professional representation of the company in all foreign communications

  • Coordinate and participate in overseas visits for official purposes, including meetings, training, and business operations when required
