Responsibilities & Context:
Learner UP IT is looking for dynamic, confident, and target-driven Tele Sales Experts who can effectively communicate with potential clients and convert leads into successful sales. Candidates with prior experience in IT course sales will be given priority.
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
✔️ Handle inbound inquiries professionally and confidently
✔️ Clearly explain IT courses and services
✔️ Follow up on leads and ensure successful conversions
✔️ Maintain accurate call records and update lead status
✔️ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
