Jack Creative Studio has been phenomenal in image and video post-production for almost a decade. Building on this strong operational foundation, the company has been successfully running a dedicated Property Preservation business unit for more than a year, serving major clients (i.e., MCS, NFR, Safeguard, Five Brothers, Cyprexx, Brookstone, Altisource, etc.) across the United States with consistent quality and reliability.

Job Responsibilities for Client/Vendor Manager:

·         Develop and maintain professional relationships with U.S.-based clients.

·         Handle client communication via email, phone calls, and CRM platforms.

·         Coordinate with Processing, QC, and Vendor Management teams for smooth workflow.

·         Monitor work orders, timelines, and deliverables.

·         Resolve client concerns promptly with high service standards.

·         Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation accuracy.

Must Criteria:

·         Vendor Manager: 1–2+ years’ experience | Processor: 2+ years’ experience

·         US time zone | BD shift: 7:30 PM – 5:00 AM

·         Night shift only (No remote work)
