Company Overview
Jack Creative Studio has been phenomenal in image and video post-production for almost a decade. Building on this strong operational foundation, the company has been successfully running a dedicated Property Preservation business unit for more than a year, serving major clients (i.e., MCS,NFR, Safeguard, Five Brothers, Cyprexx, Brookstone, Altisource, etc.) across the United States with consistent quality and reliability.
Job Responsibilities for Client/Vendor Manager
Develop and maintain professional relationships with U.S.-based clients.
Handle client communication via email, phone calls, and CRM platforms.
Coordinate with Processing, QC, and Vendor Management teams for smooth workflow.
Monitor work orders, timelines, and deliverables.
Resolve client concerns promptly with high service standards.
Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation accuracy.
Job Responsibilities for Processor
Process and update work orders in client portals accurately.
Review photos, vendor notes, and ensure compliance with client guidelines.
Coordinate with QC and Vendor Management teams for corrections and updates.
Maintain proper documentation and status updates of assigned tasks.
Ensure timelines are met and work orders are submitted without errors.
Follow client instructions and SOPs strictly.
Must Criteria:
US Time Zone: Shift BD Time : 7:30 PM – 5:00 AM
Night shift only (No remote work).
