Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a proactive Technical Operations Executive to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous availability of our systems, applications, and services. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to monitor live environments, troubleshoot technical issues, and support business-critical operations.
The ideal candidate will be analytical, responsive, and capable of managing incidents efficiently while maintaining service continuity in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to end users of services and software over telephone, email, or SMS.
• Monitor, evaluate, troubleshoot, and mitigate malfunctions in software applications and services.
• Be responsible for infrastructure operations, operational processes, and procedures.
• Perform routine checks of system platforms to identify performance issues and risks, and take necessary mitigation actions.
• Monitor server and service uptime, and identify performance-related issues.
• Complete delegated implementation, deployment, and other operational activities at on-site or off-site locations.
• Ensure that software systems remain up and running.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting to external customers and the Tier 1 help desk.
• Manage, review, and analyze system logs.
• Evaluate reported or detected problems and implement satisfactory solutions to resolve network- or service-related issues and prevent recurrence.
• Respond promptly to incidents, outages, and service degradation issues.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams, vendors, and clients for issue resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements.
• Ensure proper communication with stakeholders during incidents, maintenance, or service interruptions.
• Remain available on a 24x7 on-call basis to support business-critical data networks.
