We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and growth of digital products and solutions, with a strong focus on fintech, payments, banking, enterprise SaaS, and B2B platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with solid core product management experience who can identify market needs, define product requirements, work closely with cross-functional teams, and drive product execution from concept to launch and beyond.

Alongside strong product fundamentals, the candidate should also be comfortable exploring AI-powered solutions and using AI tools to improve different stages of the product lifecycle, including research, planning, prototyping, documentation, and analysis.

Your Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and execution plans for digital products and platforms.

• Identify business opportunities, customer pain points, and product improvements that create measurable value.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to support product strategy.

• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, feature definitions, and user stories.

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, business case preparation, MVP planning, launch, iteration, and scale-up.

• Work closely with engineering, design, business, operations, and sales teams to deliver scalable and practical solutions.

• Manage product backlog, prioritization, sprint planning, release planning, and delivery tracking using Agile methodologies.

• Support product positioning, value proposition, pricing logic, and go-to-market planning in collaboration with business teams.

• Track product KPIs, user feedback, and usage insights to improve adoption, experience, and business performance.

• Identify opportunities where AI-powered features or workflows can improve customer experience, operational efficiency, or decision-making.

• Support AI-related product initiatives such as workflow automation, conversational experiences, analytics support, smart assistants, or internal productivity tools.

• Use AI tools across the product lifecycle for market and competitor research, feature breakdown, user journey design, prototyping, business planning, pitch decks, documentation, and analytics.

• Work with technical teams to support AI-enabled features and solutions using platforms such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, n8n, and similar opensource tools where relevant.

• Contribute solution planning by considering quality, usability, cost, speed, security, and business relevance.

• Help ensure responsible and practical use of AI in product design and execution.

• Support internal AI capability building by helping standardize prompt engineering, experimentation, AI tool usage, and cross-team knowledge sharing.
