Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities (দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য):
✔️ কোম্পানির ব্যবসায়িক লক্ষ্য অনুযায়ী কার্যকর Sales & Marketing Strategy প্রণয়ন ও বাস্তবায়ন
✔️ নতুন মার্কেট ও সম্ভাবনাময় ক্লায়েন্ট সেগমেন্ট শনাক্ত করে ব্যবসা সম্প্রসারণ
✔️ সেলস টার্গেট নির্ধারণ এবং টিমের মাধ্যমে তা অর্জন নিশ্চিত করা
✔️ দক্ষ Sales Team গঠন, প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান এবং পারফরম্যান্স মনিটরিং
✔️ কোম্পানির ব্র্যান্ড ভ্যালু বৃদ্ধি ও মার্কেট পজিশন শক্তিশালী করা
✔️ ক্লায়েন্টদের সাথে দীর্ঘমেয়াদী সম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলা ও বজায় রাখা
✔️ বাজার বিশ্লেষণ (Market Analysis) ও Competitor Analysis পরিচালনা
✔️ ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং, ক্যাম্পেইন ও প্রমোশনাল কার্যক্রম তদারকি
✔️ রেভিনিউ গ্রোথ নিশ্চিত করতে নতুন আইডিয়া ও পরিকল্পনা বাস্তবায়ন
✔️ নিয়মিত রিপোর্টিং, পারফরম্যান্স রিভিউ ও কৌশলগত সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ
