• Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in full-stack development, with a significant portion dedicated to enterprise-level applications.

• Advanced level of understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PHP.

• Familiarity with React.js, Next Js and its core principles.

• Understanding of PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.

• Strong Knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL/MySQL, Oracle SQL.

• Extensive experience working with Logic-ERP (or similar large-scale ERP systems) is highly preferred. Should be capable of troubleshooting complex system workflows and implementing customizations that align with business processes.

• Front-End Expertise (React & Next.js) – Strong command of React.js and Next.js with hands-on experience in SSR, SSG, and ISR to build high-performance, responsive, and SEO-optimized applications.

• Advanced State Management – Deep understanding of Redux (Toolkit) and Context API for managing complex state in large-scale enterprise applications.

• UI/UX Implementation – Proven ability to convert complex wireframes into scalable, user-friendly, and performance-driven frontend components.

• Back-End Development & API Architecture – Advanced proficiency in PHP (Laravel/Symfony) for designing secure, scalable RESTful APIs integrated with enterprise systems.

• Database & Performance Optimization – Strong expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL including complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning; experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL is an added advantage.

• System Design & Code Governance – Ability to design end-to-end architecture ensuring seamless frontend-backend integration, conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor junior developers.

• Strategic Problem Solving & Communication – Capable of identifying system bottlenecks, automating workflows, and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams (MIS, HR, Audit) while providing clear updates to management.
