Responsibilities & Context:

The Full Stack Engineer (Mid-Level) will join Rankinsoft as a full-time remote team member, delivering technology solutions for startups and Small & Medium Businesses (SMBs). Rankinsoft operates as an IT consulting and AI implementation partner, focusing on solving real business bottlenecks through tailored software, cloud infrastructure, and intelligent automation.

This role involves end-to-end participation in client projects — from understanding business requirements to building, deploying, and maintaining scalable production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom web applications across frontend and backend technologies based on specific client requirements

• Translate business pain points into practical, scalable technical solutions

• Build and optimize WordPress-based platforms where required

• Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure

• Implement and maintain DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows

• Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s)

• Configure and manage Linux/Unix and Windows server environments

• Handle networking setup and performance optimization (DNS, SSL, load balancing, domain configuration)

• Develop and integrate AI-powered solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and workflow automation

• Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and performance issues across environments

• Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
