• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CSE or related field.

• Professional certifications will be an advantage.

• At least 16 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Software Company, Development Agency, Group of Companies, Technical Infrastructure, E-commerce, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup

• At least 5 years in leadership roles.

• Proven experience leading technology teams in senior roles such as CTO or equivalent.

• Experience working in large diversified or multi-business organizations is preferred.

Define and execute company-wide technology strategy and roadmap.

• Lead software development.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance system architecture.
• Supervise infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT governance.
• Manage and mentor engineering, DevOps, QA, UI/UX, and network teams.
• Oversee project delivery timelines and product quality standards.
• Prepare and control annual technology budget.
• Coordinate with Group leadership and business units on digital initiatives.
• Drive innovation and continuous technical improvement
