Responsibilities & Context:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about properties
Follow up with potential clients and maintain customer relationships
Record customer interactions and update CRM/database
Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team
Achieve daily and monthly call targets
