𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:A degree in fine arts, graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is typically required.

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿:

 Experience & Portfolio: Proven track record leading large-scale projects like TVCs and OVCs, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing premium commercial video production.

Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

Technical & Creative Vision: Deep understanding of motion graphics and VFX, paired with the creativity to translate concepts into compelling visual stories with meticulous attention to detail. 

Core Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management for strict project deadlines, and adaptability to evolving design trends and technologies.

Job Summary: 

As a Senior Motion & Video Editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded raw material into a polished, broadcast-ready finished product. The role requires creatively interpreting scripts and briefs to produce high-quality video content that aligns perfectly with the director's or client's vision. You will be expected to take the lead on large-scale projects, including high-budget TVCs and OVCs, delivering premium results.

3- months probation after that job confirmation based on performance. 

Mode of Job: Full-Time (10am – 7pm) 

Weekend: 1 day. (Friday) and alternate Saturdays 

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: 

• Advanced Editing: Manipulate and edit film pieces seamlessly and visually appeal using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

• High-End Motion Graphics: Create engaging motion graphics, titles, animations, and visual effects to significantly enhance video content.

• Storyboarding & Conceptualization: Work closely with clients, producers, and directors to understand complex project requirements and translate them into visual storyboards or layouts.

• Professional Color Correction & Grading: Enhance and correct the color of video footage to achieve a consistent, premium, and polished look.

• Sound Editing: Incorporate dialogue, sound effects, and music into videos, ensuring perfect synchronization and superior audio quality.

• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate expertly with cinematographers, directors, and graphic designers to ensure the final product meets top creative standards.

• File Management: Organize and manage media files, ensuring they are appropriately labeled, stored, and archived.

• Feedback Integration: Receive client or team feedback and execute necessary revisions until the final product exceeds expectations.

• Industry Expertise: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and techniques related to video editing and visual effects
