• ⁠2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design or visual content creation⁠
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite Apps⁠
• Good understanding of social media design formats and digital trends⁠
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team⁠
• Strong Portfolio Showcase Must ⁠
• Experience with motion graphics or reel-style video editing
• Familiarity with Gemini/ChatGPT or AI-assisted design tools

Job Summary: 

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual content and designs that communicate ideas, concepts, and messages effectively. She/he has to play a critical role in developing creative assets for various media and platforms, ensuring that the visual elements align with the brand`s identity and messaging goals. 

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: 

• ⁠Design static digital content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns

• ⁠Create dynamic visuals and motion-based content (Advanced animations are a plus)

• Edit videos for promotional, branding, and short-form digital content

• ⁠Translate creative concepts into strong visual executions

• ⁠Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams

• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency

• Manage multiple tasks and deliver projects within deadlines.
