Key Responsibilities
Concept Development: Study design briefs, determine requirements, and conceptualize visuals based on project goals.
Asset Creation: Design engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media, marketing collateral, presentations, and product packaging.
Branding & Consistency: Ensure all visual designs align with established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice across all channels.
Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketing teams, and creative directors to produce final, high-quality designs.
Revisions & Formatting: Prepare rough drafts, present ideas, and execute necessary edits based on stakeholder feedback. Finalize print-ready or web-optimized files.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard software like the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and prototyping tools.
Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
Education: A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is typically required, alongside a strong professional portfolio showcasing diverse design samples.
Soft Skills: Excellent time management, ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines, and strong communication skills to present design rationales.
