Responsibilities & Context: Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Meida Buying Specialist to join our team, who can plan and execute brand-focused digital media campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who understands that- media buying is not just ad setup, brand growth requires reach, frequency, and consistency. Also, large brands need protection, not just optimization
Mode of Job: Full-Time (10am – 7pm)
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Develop strategic media buying plans based on brand objectives and allocate budgets across platforms (Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok).
- Decide the right media mix for brand awareness & engagement campaigns
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on: Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Ads & YouTube, TikTok Ads.
- Select correct campaign objectives (Reach, Video Views, Engagement), and maintain proper campaign structure and budget discipline
- Optimize campaigns while protecting brand impact
- Analyze performance beyond surface metrics
- Track and interpret: CPM, Reach & Frequency, Video View Rates & Completion Rates, Creative fatigue and audience saturation.
- Work closely with creative and content teams
- Provide media-driven feedback on: Video duration & format, hook strength (first 3–5 seconds), platform suitability
- Prepare clear, insight-based reports, explain performance to internal teams and clients in simple language
- Support senior leadership in client presentations
