Job Context
We are looking for confident and energetic International Call Center Agents to handle UK-based sales campaigns. The role involves outbound calling, understanding customer needs, offering solutions, and closing sales following a provided script and process. Freshers and university students are encouraged to apply (training will be provided for the right candidate).
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to UK customers and manage different topics as per communication scripts.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide suitable solutions/alternatives.
Sell services/products over the phone as per campaign instructions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the call center database.
Meet individual/team qualitative and quantitative targets (sales + performance KPIs).
Handle inbound/outbound/non-voice sales tasks when required.
Educational Requirement
O Level / A Level / HSC
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience Requirement
Prior experience in international call centers (preferred)
Experience with international sales campaigns (preferred)
Freshers and university students can apply (training provided)
Additional Requirement
Strong English fluency (spoken)
Skilled in Inbound, Outbound & Non-voice sales
Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Results-driven, target-oriented mindset
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable working with scripts and CRM/database logging
