Role Mission

Own and drive end-to-end digital growth for Institute of International Studies (IOIS), Future Connect Education & Migration Services (FCEMS), and Aran Properties (Sydney).

Build and lead the Bangladesh Digital Wing to consistently generate high-quality, sales-qualified leads at scale while ensuring seamless cross-office communication, operational excellence, and measurable ROI across all markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy, Leadership & Ownership

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel digital growth strategy for IOIS, FCEMS, and Aran Properties across Bangladesh, Pakistan, Mauritius, and Australia.
  • Translate CEO directives into actionable quarterly roadmaps with defined KPIs, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Own the full lead-generation engine — from planning and execution to optimization and structured pipeline handover to sales/admissions.
  • Deliver weekly performance updates and strategic recommendations to the CEO.

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan, launch, and optimize high-ROI campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO): landing pages, A/B testing, form optimization, chatbot/WhatsApp flows, heatmap analysis, and funnel diagnostics to reduce CPL and CAC.
  • Design and manage lead-nurturing automation via email, SMS, and WhatsApp, incorporating lead scoring, drip campaigns, retargeting, and win-back sequences.

Scale additional acquisition channels including:

  • Influencer/creator partnerships
  • Affiliate and agent portals
  • Webinars and event-to-digital retargeting funnels

Bangladesh Digital Wing Management

  • Lead and manage the Bangladesh digital team (media buyers, content/design, SEO, CRM/automation specialists).
  • Establish SOPs, campaign QA protocols, and reporting standards.
  • Coordinate creative production, landing page builds, and localization for each brand and country.

Implement SLAs with sales/admissions teams to ensure:

  • <5-minute response time for hot leads
  • Lead-quality feedback loops
  • Structured CRM hygiene

Cross-Office Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the primary digital liaison between Bangladesh, Sydney, Pakistan, and Mauritius offices.
  • Conduct weekly cross-office campaign review meetings.
  • Share performance insights and best practices across markets.

Support Aran Properties campaigns in collaboration with the Sydney team, ensuring:

  • Inventory alignment
  • Inspection schedule coordination
  • Market-specific targeting accuracy

Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

  • Own end-to-end tracking infrastructure:
  • GA4
  • GTM
  • UTM governance
  • Offline conversion imports
  • CRM attribution models

Build executive dashboards reporting:

  • CPL
  • CPA/CAC
  • ROAS
  • LTV

Lead-to-enrollment/conversion rates (by brand and geography)

Implement experimentation frameworks, cohort analysis, and incremental ROI measurement.

Recommend budget reallocation based on performance data.

Brand, Content & Reputation Management

  • Maintain consistent and compliant brand messaging across education, migration, and real estate verticals.
  • Oversee always-on content calendars for social media, blogs, and video.
  • Manage online reputation across Google, Facebook, and relevant portals.

Develop high-converting assets:

  • Lead magnets
  • Brochures
  • Video creatives
  • Case studies
  • Verified success stories (claims must be substantiated)

Website & Martech Ownership

  • Oversee website UX, performance, speed optimization, security, and SEO health.
  • Manage multilingual and multi-region configurations.

Administer and optimize the martech stack, including:

  • CRM and marketing automation systems
  • WhatsApp Business API
  • Email/SMS platforms
  • Analytics tools
  • Build scalable automation workflows and reporting pipelines.

Budget Management, Vendors & Procurement

  • Own and manage media budgets across brands and regions.
  • Forecast performance, reallocate budgets dynamically, and protect ROI.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage agencies and freelancers.
  • Define clear deliverables, KPIs, and performance SLAs for external partners.

Compliance, Risk & Data Privacy

  • Applicable data protection laws in Bangladesh and Pakistan
  • Maintain truthful and compliant advertising claims for education and migration services.
  • Ensure adherence to Australian real estate advertising standards.
  • Enforce opt-in/opt-out governance, data protection protocols, and brand-safety safeguards.

Ensure compliance with platform policies and applicable regulations, including:

  • Australia’s Spam Act
  • Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)
  • Mauritius Data Protection Act (DPA)

Sales & Admissions Alignment

  • Partner closely with IOIS admissions, FCEMS counselors, and Aran Properties sales teams.
  • Align digital targets with revenue objectives.
  • Implement structured feedback loops to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Train counselors and BD teams on:

  • Lead handling best practices
  • Conversion scripts
  • CRM hygiene standards

Innovation & Growth Initiatives

  • Pilot emerging channels such as Snapchat, Reddit, Quora, and programmatic native.
  • Implement AI-assisted content workflows and conversational funnels.
  • Develop offline-to-online attribution systems.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships (education portals, property portals) to enhance lead volume and quality.

Team Building & Culture

  • Recruit, mentor, and upskill digital team members.
  • Conduct structured performance reviews.
  • Build a continuous learning roadmap.
  • Document playbooks, SOPs, and campaign retrospectives to institutionalize best practices.

CEO Directives & Special Projects

  • Report directly to the CEO.
  • Execute strategic directives across current and future ventures within the group.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
  • Demonstrate agility in adapting to shifting business priorities.

Availability, Time Zones & Travel

  • Maintain seamless collaboration across multiple time zones.
  • Be available for extended hours during major launches, campaign pushes, or urgent initiatives.
  • Travel as required to support strategic objectives.
