Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, ensuring a friendly and solution-focused experience for every customer.

  • Identify customer needs quickly and provide accurate information about services, processes, and requirements.

  • Maintain detailed call logs, follow-up notes, and status updates in the CRM system.

  • Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and guide customers through the next steps when required.

  • Resolve queries, complaints, or concerns by coordinating with relevant departments when necessary.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call volume, lead generation, and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated with product/service knowledge to provide correct and up-to-date information.

  • Uphold company standards for communication, behaviour, and data privacy in every interaction.

  • Provide timely feedback on customer trends, concerns, or repeated issues to help improve service quality.

  • Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
