Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview

The Copywriter cum Social Media Moderator will be responsible for developing high-quality written content and managing the organization’s social media presence. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and reputation across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

A. Content Development & Copywriting

• Develop creative and compelling content for social media posts, advertisements, website, and marketing materials.

• Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.

• Create content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.

• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce integrated campaigns.

• Write scripts for promotional videos, reels, and digital advertisements when required.

• Review and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy and quality standards.

B. Social Media Moderation & Community Management

• Monitor all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) regularly.

• Respond to comments, inbox messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

• Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback, escalating issues where necessary.

• Ensure removal of inappropriate, spam, or harmful content.

• Track community engagement trends and provide reports with insights and recommendations.

• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to support strategic planning.
