Job Responsibilities
Content Planning & Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and execute content calendars across social media platforms.
Content Coordination: Work closely with designers and copywriters to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content aligned with brand objectives.
Client Communication: Act as the liaison between clients and the internal creative team, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflow.
PR & Outreach Support: Assist with media relations, influencer outreach, and community engagement initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor engagement metrics, prepare reports, and recommend optimizations to improve performance.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in communications, PR, marketing, or social media management.
Additional Requirements
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and AI tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
