Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and email

• Professionally handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback

• Manage and monitor company Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Respond to social media inbox messages and comments in a timely and professional manner

• Prepare regular posts, captions, and content ideas according to the social media content plan

• Plan Reels and short-form video content, coordinate shooting, and perform basic video editing

• Create and publish promotional content, reels, and marketing videos

• Present products clearly and confidently to customers through social media and direct communication

• Maintain brand tone, professionalism, and positive customer experience across all platforms
