Responsibilities & Context:

Role Overview: We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketer to drive our online presence and lead generation. Your primary focus will be managing Meta Marketing (Facebook/Instagram) and supporting daily business operations.

While your core strength should be in marketing strategy and data, you will also assist in content creation (graphic design and video editing).

1. Marketing & Lead Generation (Core Focus)

  • Meta Ads Management: Set up and manage "Boosted Posts" and ad campaigns to drive traffic and leads.

  • Campaign Monitoring: Track daily spend and performance metrics to ensure we are getting the best ROI for our budget.

  • Audience Targeting: Research and implement targeting strategies to reach our specific customer base.

  • Script & Copywriting: Draft compelling captions, ad copy, and video scripts for our promotions.

2. Creative Support (Mentored Role)

  • Social Media Design: Design engaging posts and stories for Facebook/Instagram based on brand guidelines.

  • Video Content: Assist in editing short-form promotional videos and Reels.

  • Content Ideation: Brainstorm fresh ideas for monthly marketing themes and visual campaigns.

3. Operational Tasks

  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily operational workflows to ensure the business runs smoothly.

  • Lead Management: Help organize and track incoming leads from social media for the sales/follow-up process.

  • Reporting: Prepare simple weekly updates on marketing growth and operational milestone

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–2 years in Digital Marketing or a similar role.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Business Suite.

  • Creative Tools: Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva/Photoshop) and video editing apps (CapCut/Premiere). A willingness to learn and improve these skills under mentorship is essential.

  • Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling diverse "operational" tasks beyond just marketing.
