Job Context:
K-Village is expanding fast, and we are looking for a Sr. Business Development Officer who can turn conversations into conversions. This role is for someone who understands people, can build trust quickly, and has real experience in closing deals—especially in education consultancy, study abroad, or service-based industries.

If you know how to generate leads, follow up relentlessly, and hit targets without excuses, this role is built for you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through online/offline channels and convert them into clients

• Counsel students/clients regarding study abroad opportunities (training will be provided)

• Build strong relationships and maintain regular follow-ups

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

• Conduct presentations, consultations, and promotional activities

• Handle client queries professionally and guide them through the decision process

• Maintain proper CRM updates and sales reports

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Education Consultancy

• Must have proven experience in client handling and closing deals

Additional Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Confident, presentable, and target-driven

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals

• Experience in study abroad consultancy will be a big advantage
