  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, organic growth strategies, and content trends.

  • Creative thinking with excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights for improvement.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) will be a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills (both English & Bangla).

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms at the same time.

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter (X), and YouTube and Google. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital trends, organic marketing strategies, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organic marketing strategies including SEO to increase followers and engagement across all social platforms.

  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, etc.) tailored to each platform.

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and techniques to maximize reach and visibility.

  • Plan and execute weekly content challenges, campaigns, and community engagement activities.

  • Analyze performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding.

  • Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Ensure growth in followers and engagement through organic methods (non-paid).
