Additional Requirements:
  • Only Male
  • 2–4 years of experience in event management, brand activation, or field marketing (FMCG experience preferred).

  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to execute innovative marketing ideas.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools is an advantage.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

  • Must be willing to travel and supervise field activities as required.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan, organize, and execute events, brand activations and promotional campaigns in alignment with marketing objectives.

  • Coordinate with internal departments vendors and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution.

  • Develop and propose creative activation ideas to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.

  • Manage logistics, materials and on-ground activities efficiently during events and activations.

  • Monitor and control event budgets to ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality.

  • Prepare post-event reports analyze performance data and identify improvement areas.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients partners suppliers and event agencies.

  • Develop and implement brand activation plans such as roadshows, in-store promotions sampling programs and other field initiatives.

  • Support training of promoters and field activation teams.

  • Ensure availability and proper use of all promotional materials (POSM, banners, gift items, etc.) and collect photos videos and activity data for reporting.
