• Must have hands-on experience in institutional/B2B sales of electrical products such as LED lights, switches, and sockets.

• Strong leadership capability with experience in leading and developing a sales team.

• Ability to build and organize an effective institutional sales team.

• Proficiency in MS Excel for sales reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Experience in dealing with developers, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients will be highly preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Institutional Sales for Electrical Products including switches, sockets, LED lights and related electrical solutions for Akij Electric & Electronics Ltd., A concern of Akij Venture Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand institutional sales channels electrical products (switches, sockets, LED lights, etc.).

  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects and corporate clients.

  • Identify new project opportunities and ensure product specification in projects.

  • Achieve sales targets and monitor institutional sales performance.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product supply and project execution.

  • Conduct market analysis and competitor monitoring to identify business opportunities.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts and business development plans.
