Additional Requirements:
  • Age 26 to 36 years
  • Local purchase and procurement operations.

  • Supplier sourcing, evaluation, and vendor management.

  • Negotiation and cost optimization.

  • Comparative Statement (CS) preparation and analysis.

  • Inventory planning and material requirement coordination

  • ERP systems (Oracle / SAP) operation and reporting.

  • MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (MIS & reporting).

  • Inter-departmental coordination and communication.

  • Compliance documentation and audit support.

  • Time management and on-time delivery execution.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Execute local procurement activities in compliance with SCM policies and procedures.

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

  • Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) Purchase Orders (PO) and related documentation.

  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and services as per operational requirements

  • Prepare comparative statements (CS) and obtain necessary approvals.

  • Coordinate with user departments to finalize specifications and delivery schedules.

  • Maintain proper procurement records for audit and compliance purposes

  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and quality standards

  • Resolve procurement-related discrepancies claims and vendor issues.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the local purchase function.
