Experience Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in content creation, social media management, motion graphics, or digital marketing.
• Experience in Real Estate, Web Media / SEO / Facebook Boosting / Blog industry will be preferred.
• Strong creativity, color sense, and layout skills
• Sound knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram/TikTok algorithms, digital marketing visuals and social media content formats, and community management, strong storytelling ability and visual communication skills
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve), and smartphone editing apps
• Good understanding of AI tools for content creation, design enhancement, copywriting, automation, and analytics
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and brand-focused Male/Female professional with 2–3 years of experience to manage and enhance our social media presence. The ideal candidate must be confident on camera, highly skilled in content creation, and capable of producing high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), motion graphics, and graphic design materials.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and Design layouts for digital and print materials (e.g., social media posts and Meta leads collection, banners, brochures, posters), design graphics for advertisements, websites, presentations and marketing materials.
• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging multimedia content including Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos.
• Edit raw video footage with motion graphics, text animation, color correction, and audio mixing.
• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, viral formats, and audio trends.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and ad copy in both Bangla and English.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Develop and maintain social media templates and a digital asset library for brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver high quality designs, to align creative outputs with campaign goals.
