Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Help to prepare construction plan and follow up the plan.
∎ Site supervision, bill checking and measurement book writing.
∎ Understand building plans, sections, elevations and structural drawings.
∎ Monitoring contractors work progress in quantity and quality.
∎ To support for Quality checking of construction materials.
∎ Ensure timely completion of works according to schedule.
∎ Ensure safety arrangement (fire, security, environmental, man & materials) of construction site.
∎ Any other relevant duties assigned by the departmental Head time to time.
∎ Must need to know the work of Microsoft Office Management (Word, Excel and Power Point).
