Responsibilities & Context:
Product Development & Technical Expertise
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the fashion supply chain in Bangladesh and international fashion brands, ensuring effective alignment with market expectations.
Apply technical understanding of fabrics, garments, costing, and production processes to support efficient and commercially viable product development.
Lead and monitor sample development, ensuring timely tracking, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
Account & Client Management
Manage multiple client accounts and supplier relationships, acting as a regional focal point for customer development activities.
Represent the company in external communications with clients and suppliers, maintaining professional engagement and clear communication.
Ensure exceptional client experience by collecting, analyzing, and utilizing development-related information effectively.
Coordination, Communication & Systems Management
Act as a bridge between clients, production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow and alignment.
Support Recover™ accounts by documenting and tracking developments using tools such as CRM and Excel, ensuring timely and accurate data updates.
Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline communication processes and improve operational efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with the Tech Solutions team to enhance communication flow, ensure timely sample follow-up, and drive operational synergies.
Work closely with the Quality team to ensure product excellence and effectively support claim management processes.
Drive a solution-oriented approach by identifying challenges, proposing effective solutions, and implementing new techniques to improve process efficiency and project success.
