Experience:
Strategic HR Leadership: Lead the local implementation of global HR strategies and policies to support organizational growth, workforce planning, and talent optimization. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters.
Business Partnering: Serve as a key liaison between HR and business managers, ensuring effective communication and execution of HR programs aligned with global standards. Collaborate with leaders to translate business objectives into HR actions.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Drive local talent acquisition strategies within global guidelines, ensuring timely and quality hires. Strengthen employer branding and build strategic partnerships with external networks.
Personnel Administration & Payroll: Oversee payroll and personnel administration processes to ensure compliance with local laws and global standards. Provide accurate workforce reporting and ensure adherence to internal policies.
Performance Management: Implement and oversee the overall performance management process that includes both performance review and the Objective setting. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees in addressing performance issues. Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
Learning and Development: Execute global learning strategies at the local level, identifying training needs and coordinating development programs to build critical skills.
Talent Management: Partner with leadership to identify key talent and implement succession plans aligned with global talent strategies.
Employee Relations & Engagements: Address employee concerns and conflicts, providing guidance and solutions. Conduct investigations when necessary and recommend appropriate actions. Promote a positive workplace culture through communication and engagement initiatives.
Compliance & Risk Management: Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations. Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and global governance standards. Collaborate with legal counsel on regulatory matters.
