• Work with the Occupational Health Manager in the planning, developing, management and delivery of health surveillance programmes, following HSE process and procedures and maintaining accurate and up to date clinical records.

• To ensure safe storage, preparation and administration of medicine, vaccines, equipment in accordance with HSE department procedures, policies and national guidance.

• To be responsible for maintaining clinical stock supplies and inventories.

• To be responsible for the safe use and maintenance of all equipment used within the clinical setting.

• Observing & Understanding the patient`s behavior, coordinating with the Healthcare professional in treatment.

• Diagnosing the disease by analyzing the patient`s symptom.·         Treating injuries and illnesses for employees, including follow-ups, other medical care and referrals.

• Accurate documentation of all employee injuries and illnesses within the workplace.

• Overseeing and implementing emergency and disaster preparedness programs and planning.

• Serving as a gatekeeper for healthcare services, including rehabilitation and disability matters.

• Counseling employees on physical and mental health issues and guiding them toward community resources and/or employee assistance programs.

• Frequent monitoring of the health status of employees.

• Observing and assessing the work environment for potential occupational exposure and hazards.

• Conducting research on the effects of hazardous work conditions or workplace exposures, which may include gathering data and reporting findings to the employer.
