Responsibilities & Context:
Drive and achieve sales targets for Rfabric and fiber products in alignment with company goals.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
Managing the Key accounts by coordinating with customer service, Technical Service Teams to ensure utmost satisfaction of the customer.
Act as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Work with the global Recover™ fabric & strategic team for successful adoption/nomination.
Make successful plan of fabric sales, execute within time line.
Manage agendas, sample coordination, spinner strategies, and client engagement status.
Track customer engagement, identify new business opportunities, and drive growth within existing accounts.
Organize and conduct technical seminars and presentations to promote the company’s sustainable product offerings and initiatives to customers.
