• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical / IPE / EEE from any public university.

• 3 to 5 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy) Industry, Home Appliance, FMCG, and the Group of Companies.

• Experience in ‘Machine Maintenance’ will be an added advantage.

• Should have at least 03 years’ experience in any manufacturing industry.

• Able to work in a team environment.

• Capable of working under pressure.

• `SMART` reporting and communication skills.

• Positive, self-motivated, honest, dedicated, loyal & possessing good memory.

• Computer literacy is a must, sound in MS-Office application, e-mail & internet.

• Must be self-motivated, proactive, and have a high-energy approach to problem-solving.

• Manage the section/department and ensure the production target.
• Supervise the production and make sure that production lines are running smoothly.
• Plan and coordinate production-engineering processes daily to produce high-quality products.
• Develop process improvements to utilize equipment and materials effectively to maximize production.
• Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
• Identify unsafe operations & practices and report to the management.
• Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
• Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
• Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
• Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
• Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
• Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality, and reliability.
• Aid in budget preparation and monitor expenses and profitability.
• Ensure proper documentation as per the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 (QMS).
• Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
