Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain a trusting customer relationship.
Must be self-motivated, proactive, and have a high-energetic approach to problem solving.
Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style.
Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written).
Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge.
Organized, with effective time management skills.
Job Description / Responsibility
Establish clear sales objectives for each team member of the region.
Plan for the achievement of individual and regional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company.
Ensure the effectiveness of cross-selling activities by guiding sales team.
Educating the sales team by providing training on sales techniques.
Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
Ensure alignment with distributor and customer strategy and plans for profitability and sustainable growth.
Continually monitor and track regional sales performance.
Making Monthly visiting/tour plan for all TSO team members and implements it effectively by regular follow-up and discussions with team members.
Sale analysis: Value wise and Product Wise
Maintaining relationship with distributors/key business partners, appointment of distributors and settlement of claims.
Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors.
Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
Finding the new opportunities for company’s business growth.
