At least 02 year(s) practical experience in the same position.
Applicant must be smart, presentable & have excellent communication skill in English.
Must be able to work on computer applications.
Should be self-motivated, energetic & capable of working under pressure.
Job Description / Responsibility
Developing innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase sales within the assigned territory.
Maintain primary and secondary sales management.
Training and guiding Sales Representatives.
Understanding the needs and requirements of customers in the assigned territory.
Motivating the Sales Representatives and other team members.
Evaluating the team members’ performance.
Creating brand awareness within the assigned territory.
Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs.
Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
Maintaining relationship with distributors/key business partners,
Continually monitor and track territory sales performance
Monitoring competitors’ sales activity within the assigned territory.
Reviewing territory expenses and recommending improvements.
Team building and team motivation skills.
